This website (the “Site”) is operated by Boa Fé Mineração LTDA (Brazil) and its affiliate Boa Fé Mineração (UK) LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site — No Offer, No Advice

The Site provides general information about the Boa Fé Paraíba Tourmaline project in Pilões–PB, Brazil.

  • No offer or solicitation: The material is not an offer to buy or sell securities, nor a solicitation of investment.

These Terms are governed by:

  • For Brazilian users: the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of João Pessoa-PB.

  • For users elsewhere: the laws of England & Wales; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
